So my last post was about deciding what should be the first beer of 2010. Sadly this next post is the same question, only a year later.

Let's see... last year we brewed an IPA and an Amber.

Both were fantastically delicious. But only 2 batches in a year?!? It was a slow year due to my being in China for 3 months taking a detailed study of Tsing Tao, a beer I whole-heartedly recommend when you can buy it for 23¢ USD – but not soo much if you pay any more than that.

So this year... what will it be? We've moved since our last batch, so we're curious if the difference in water will change our beer a bit... probably not, since the water's from the same source, just different pipes I suppose...

More beer stories to come soon!Joshhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14931623258602006205noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8730035058045749812.post-45217808787173254382010-01-04T12:07:00.000-08:002010-01-04T12:10:03.448-08:00First beer of 2010?So, not sure this blog has too many readers... yet =P

But the few of you reading, anyone have suggestions for what beer we should brew for our first of 2010?

So far we've done:

European Brown

Porter

Golden Ale

German Hefeweizen

and a Fig Wine

What should be next?
Joshhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14931623258602006205noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8730035058045749812.post-89101783464477252542009-12-05T17:46:00.000-08:002009-12-05T18:52:34.313-08:00Happy Repeal Day!<img style="display:block; Meh!

I just tried that little glass you see pictured, and it's gotten quite tasty aging over the past couple months.
